BOBBY ALMEIDA, P.E., C.E.M., LEED AP

Bobby is a Project Manager at Argento/Graham specializing in building commissioning and energy analysis. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California, holds LEED Accredited Professional designations in both Building Design & Construction, and Operations & Maintenance, is a Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP), is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM®), and a Home Energy Rating System (HERS) rater. In addition to energy services, Bobby lends his engineering expertise to Argento/Graham’s entire portfolio of green building projects and works closely with design engineers to ensure energy and indoor environmental quality goals are met. Prior to joining Argento/Graham, Bobby worked as a Project Engineer at a green building firm where he commissioned and provided energy analysis for a range of project types including multifamily residential, retail, hospitality, commercial office buildings, and industrial facilities. Bobby has also taught workshops on topics such as LEED version 4, Title 24, and advanced energy analysis. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
