The next Eataly location is the Prudential Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Once again, the Eataly team is targeting LEED certification. The new location will feature the same amazing Italian marketplace and delicious eateries, along with some special features just for Boston including a signature rooftop restaurant with retractable skylight. As always, sustainability is a priority at Eataly, so strategies such as low-flow plumbing fixtures and fittings, energy efficient lighting, and composting infrastructure are built right into the project from the start.
